Entry qualification	Student (1st, 2nd or 3rd study cycle) The candidates must provide the copies of listed documents: 1. The Conditional Agreement for Studies (the form is available here); 2. One recommendation letter provided by a professor or other academic staff, tutor or employer; 3. Certificate of proficiency in English or Lithuanian (or another language acceptable for the host institution); NOTE: If the potential applicant has received Lithuanian state scholarships for 12 consecutive months in the period of 1st September 2018 – 1st September 2019, he/she is not eligible to apply for any Lithuanian state scholarship for 1.5 years. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Lithuanian.

3. Certificate of proficiency in English or Lithuanian (or another language acceptable for the host institution);

NOTE: If the potential applicant has received Lithuanian state scholarships for 12 consecutive months in the period of 1st September 2018 – 1st September 2019, he/she is not eligible to apply for any Lithuanian state scholarship for 1.5 years.

The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Lithuanian.

Language requirements	English The candidate has to have good knowledge of Lithuanian, English or other language required to study the chosen study programme (the minimum of B2 level of study language command according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). To prove your language skills, please provide one of the following: a copy of the document issued by a competent institution, certifying the minimum B2 level of study language command according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages; or a copy of TOEFL, IELTS, CPE or other widely recognized exams of English proficiency certificate. If the candidate does not hold any of those certificates, then a signed letter confirming the proficiency in the language from the home university’s professor of English or Lithuanian language is also acceptable.
